The North American Energy Markets Association is posting this RFP on behalf of our member Arcadia and their client Consumers Energy.
Enel X Advisory Services ( EXAS), now part of Arcadia as of October 1st, is pleased to partner with Consumers Energy for an additional solicitation in 2026 that seeks competitive bids for energy development projects via an All-Source Request for Proposal (RFP).
Based on project type, this solicitation will accept bids for the following markets:
- Projects in Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM);
- Projects in Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) Zones 1 – 7;
- Projects interconnecting to Consumers Energy's electric distribution system.
The Q3 2026 All-Source RFP will welcome proposals for all technologies (based on location) and at all stages of planning and development. RFP documents related to this solicitation are located on the Consumers Energy 2026 Q3 RFP All Generation Sources Solicitation Website.
Consumers Energy and the RFP Independent Administration team will host a virtual Pre-launch Stakeholder Meeting on October 13, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM EST to review final RFP materials and schedule. To RSVP, please email consumersallsourcerfp@enel.com.
