The North American Energy Markets Association is posting this RFP on behalf of our member Montana-Dakota Utilities.
Purpose
Montana Dakota Utilities ("Montana Dakota") is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals for power supply agreements, including capacity, energy, and ancillary services to serve Montana Dakota's Sheridan, Wyoming syste. Each response submitted in accordance with this RFP is referred to as a "Proposal". Each person or entity that submits a Proposal is referred to as a "Respondent".
Fillable forms for Exhibits D and E are provided for convenience only and are not required to be used. Respondents may also submit scanned copies of hand- and/or type-written completed forms.
