Your new NAEMA website is live

Posted By: Tim Berrigan News,

Welcome to the new naema.com! Your member login now does a lot more than it used to.

As before, logging in opens member-only content — RFPs and member news — and the member directory. What's new:

  • Contact details for people at other member companies, where they've chosen to share them
  • Your own profile — title, bio, photo, LinkedIn — that you manage yourself, including what other members can see
  • For company representatives: your company's listing, your roster, and your account
  • Your invoices and payment history, always current and available any time, with online payment

Initialize your account

Your previous username and password will not work on the new website. Initializing your account takes about two minutes.

  • Follow this link.
  • Enter your email and follow the prompts.
    • If your email is connected to your profile, you'll be prompted to set your new password.
    • If we don't have your email on file, you'll be prompted to create a new account.

Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to your Member Compass — your home page for everything NAEMA.

Then, please do two things

1. Review your profile and privacy settings. Check that your title, phone and email are current, and add anything you'd like other members to see — a short bio, a photo, your LinkedIn.

Your email and phone are visible to other logged-in members by default — never to the public. That's a change from our old site, and it's one your board recommended: a member directory is only useful if people are in it. If you'd rather not share either one, you can hide it in your privacy settings.

2. If you're your company's representative, review your company profile. Your company's listing is what every other NAEMA member sees. Please add or update your company description, website, LinkedIn page and logo, and check your roster — adding or removing people as needed. By default, your company's contact email and phone are your own; if you'd prefer, change them to a general company email and main phone number.

Event registration hasn't changed — yet. You'll find our conferences on the new site and register the same way you always have. Bringing event registration closer to your membership account is our next phase.
